UPDATE: customer service did get in touch with me and refunded me for all the strands since they were damaged. They were very easy and kind to deal with which I greatly appreciated! I could not get the lights added to my network and left a negative review based on that. Their customer service reached out and despite being beyond the return window, offered a refund.There are still some shortfalls with the product, but if you can get the lights to connect and work for you, these may not be relevant:- Just a few "scenes" that cannot be dimmed, you cannot add scenes- Colors aren't true (e.g. yellow in the app turns lights green)- Requires app download with insufficient privacy

Happy with these lights. Would have liked them to be a little brighter, but they still light up my whole pool area well. Like how we can change the colors, and we will keep them up all year. Decorative and a nice extra touch to any outdoor area

UPDATE: Company helped me resolve issue. I could not get lights connected to Smart Life app. Very, very frustrating. Tried many times over the weekend. One call to company and they resolved it. Now they work great and I love the lights. Both the Smart Life app and Alexa have complete control of the lights and they work flawlessly.They are "cool enough" to make them worthwhile, even if connecting is very frustrating. Lights work great. Setting on and off schedule is very nice. Had a problem with one string of 24 that I had put up in November 2021. I sent an email to support and within 3 days there was a replacement set on my porch.

I bought 2 strings of these LED lights and hung them. But when following the instructions I found no less than 3 different apps with the same name stated in the instructions! I had to install them all and eliminate the ones not applicable to these lights. The one I did use has numerous product options, leaving me to guess at which one was correct. Two bulbs filled with rainwater, causing half the string to constantly cycle through all its settings. It never shuts off or stops rotating through all colors & settings. Goin to call this HBN company because their website doesn’t mention lighting products or customer service support info.

Lights are excellent, but they are much shorter than advertised. I ordered 1 48 foot and 1 24 foot length, and ended up being 9 feet short for what I needed. Once again excellent product but they are nowhere near as long as advertised

Reasonably priced however light control should be at a further distance from 1st light. At least 6 feet allowing for better control when lights are placed on high areas.

The lights are not very bright, even in white mode. They also cast weird shadows in the shape of a circle due to the design, meaning there are dozens of weird circles in the lit area.I bought two sets and they both stopped working after 60 days. Now they just blink random colors and will not turn off unless unplugged.

The lights were exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately about two weeks after installing I had issues with the control box. I reached out to customer service who provided technical support; however, this was not successful. They immediately delivered Replacement lights and they are working perfectly. They're so bright and pretty! I love the different color combinations and more so that I can make them Christmas-y and still leave them up all year because of the different colors I can use!

Started out great, but issues with lights coming on outside scheduled time and most importantly, water in bulb, I can not recommend this product.

Wires have a good thickness to them with hooks for hanging. App is simple enough with a couple presets for color changes. Primary colors are bright enough. Phases between primary colors are just ok.

Bought in August 2021 used very little as it was end of Season. Went to use February 2022 and not working properly. No real way to contact Seller. Very disappointed.Amended Review From one star to 3 Star. After a delayed response from Their Customer Service they quickly replaced these lights. We will see how the new ones hold up over time.

Bought the 96ft string lights in October and they stopped working in April, not sure what the issue was but I reached out to the BN-Link support team of Steven and Dianna and they responded immediately.
