UPDATE: customer service did get in touch with me and refunded me for all the strands since they were damaged. They were very easy and kind to deal with which I greatly appreciated! Although their customer service was great and the lights were cool, they still didn’t work because of the water. Would only recommend if you’re putting under a covered area.I bought 5 strings of these lights. the features of changing the colors and controlling the lights from your phone are super cool however they are 100% not waterproof so if it rains where you’re hanging these lights I DO NOT recommend. After the first two weeks of having them, one strand stopped working so Best Buy sent me a new one. Now on month 3 since I bought them and over half of the bulbs are filled with water, the thing has a mind of it’s own and randomly turns on and changes colors whenever it pleases. Completely not usable at this point. And their customer service website is no where to be found! Sad since it was an expensive product.
