Terrible taste, no benefits

Using this product our team FOUND that the taste was unbearable and did not help with our workouts. The only positive was the convenient packaging. We do not recommend this product for those looking for effective amino acid hydration. It is not worth the price and there are better options available in the Sports Nutrition category. Health and Household shoppers should steer clear of this one..
