Rust --- not stainless steel

Install them under the ceiling in late fall so they don't see direct rain but see moisture. Put up Christmas lights the weekend after Thanksgiving. I just turned off the lights last weekend and all 59 hooks I installed are rusting. Do not purchase or use them if they are exposed to moisture.
