FreshGRC has provided us with the tools to automate processes, reduce manual tasks and increase efficiency, which ultimately reduces costs. Our account manager worked closely with our engineers to identify how to best leverage their services, and within three months we had implemented a fully automated information security workflow and integrated it into our existing processes. We have found that they have been incredibly flexible when it comes to adapting to our needs and our current business model. In addition to the automation work, FreshGRC also manages many other IT related services including DNS management, server patching, firewalls and network monitoring.
Pros
- They provide value added services and make us money when we don't have to do it.
- They have a clear pricing plan with reasonable fees.
Cons
- Hard to find documentation and support, although I think the issues are being addressed by their team.
