Great baking mat for tarts

I honestly didnt realize I ordered such a large mat and that's on me, but I can use this directly onto my oven rack for tart cases which is nice. You do have to use a bristle brush to make sure this is really clean since it is perforated. Works as intended and seems to be holding up well!

So much easier now, perfect gift too, to myself! ok, It's awesome!

Cons

The mat may not fit all types of baking sheets, limiting its versatility

Great for crunchy crust on pizzas. Plus, they are much easier to remove vs when they on baked directly on the rack.
