I like that it allows me as an account manager access into my own team members' budgets in order for us all work together towards reaching our goals! It has been great being able reach out with questions if there are any issues we have or anything new happening within one of their accounts etc., instead than having them call each other back which can take time when you're busy running around trying get things done!! Nothing so far but this could be because not enough people use blue planner at present? We've started using more now though after hearing about how useful they were getting results through working collaboratively/together - definitely worth looking further once your teams start growing then see what happens next year!
