Works but it's okay. I'm a computer scientist and USB sticks are like screwdrivers for car mechanics. I was looking for a fast 16GB-32GB USB 3.0 drive with activity LEDs and no caps (the caps get lost easily). I ordered two drives (black 32GB) and as soon as they arrived I started testing them. Some major #1 frustrations surfaced immediately: As stated in the description, none of the drives have an activity light. #2 I'm getting very inconsistent read/write results between two drives on CrystalDiskMark. At first I thought it was just an anomaly, but after running the test multiple times on multiple computers, the results were the same and matched the drives. So the short answer is that these drives work, but your mileage can be very high. Quality control could be better. I can only give these drives 3 stars for the lack of an activity indicator and the extremely inconsistent read/write results. Hope that helps.
