
The system is very easy for our practice office staff to use - from scheduling appointments to entering orders to billing as well as viewing patient reports online at any time! I really like having all records available in one place easily accessible 24 hours per day even when we have no receptionists working. It would be nice if it had an option of using my cell phone number instead of email address so that patients could text me directly rather than send emails or leave voicemails; but overall everything has worked out fine since implementation. We are able to track patient visits quickly without needing multiple offices open simultaneously which saves us money by reducing overhead costs while still providing adequate service coverage.
