So far so good. This item was easy to install and get started. My only gripe, as mentioned, is that if you have to grab your phone and then press again to snap it back in place, the release mechanism can be easily triggered. My phone was loose for an unknown amount of time before I noticed, luckily it didn't fall. Also, having this holder in my favorite spot is a bit cramped for my wheel and wiper controls. I have a Chrysler 200 and have placed it where all my holders have been, but I like its visibility so it stays. Also, I live in Southern California where it rarely rains anyway lol. I have a Note10 and it stays pretty secure even with my case on. I'm very glad my slim case and popsocket can stay in place and it STILL charges!
