The main problem is that the "teeth" on the tool are straight and the notches on the nut are round. It's the classic saying, "You can't put a square pin in a round hole," and that's exactly what this tool does. Hand file or Dremel and emery wheel. Just go in and round off all the inside corners of the teeth and then they will fit perfectly. (See before and after pictures and close-ups). You get what you pay for. I paid about $14 and it took about 10 minutes to fix the error which wasn't a big deal.
