Review on 🧀 LOVKITCHEN 3-in-1 Stainless Steel Vegetable Cheese Grater with Interchanging Rotary Ultra Sharp Cylinders and Slicer by Jimmy Franklin

A painful experience to be avoided.

Many manufacturers design products with ergonomics and slim profiles in mind. It's not such a device. There are tons of thin, sharp metal edges. I scratched my knuckles the first few times I opened it to clean it. It has a thin metal clip that keeps it closed during use. I literally had to use a screwdriver to take it apart to clean it because the clip was poorly machined and tight. After repeated use and washing, the inferior workmanship of the clip wears out so much that I can hardly open it manually. I have to forcefully clamp the whole device, squeeze and use my other hand to push the clamp out. Instead of a nice handle in the middle, there are a couple of metal bars on the bottom to hold on to. , which is very inconvenient. The handle of the rotary grater has some sharp edges and is too close to the main handle, which often causes me to hit my fixed knuckles when turning the handle. I started flexing my fingers between the two bars to protect them from the grip. I had a microplane grater with a plastic body that worked for many years but eventually broke. Its plastic construction made the lever difficult to use when working with hard cheeses, so I made the mistake of purchasing this device. Don't repeat my mistake.
