The product did not disappoint, the quality pleases.

There are 4 such coolers in the system, connected by proprietary technology and connected to 1 CPU socket, which is controlled by the proprietary utility easy tune 6 (gigabyte).
One of the four began to rumble (described in the deficiency).
I hung one of the four on a processor cooler - it copes with cooling with a bang.
Start with low voltage.
For example, the fan from the Cooler Master hyper 212 plus cooler refused to start at the voltage at which the ARCTIC F12 PWM started without problems.
You won't find better for this price :)
In general, I am very satisfied.

Value for money, silence, proprietary splitter. Includes 4 mounting screws

Cons

A few months later, noise appeared in the electric motor (clock shade, as in an internal combustion engine). Sitting at the table is not audible. Can be heard from a distance of less than 20 cm. But still unpleasant
