Does not have a pure chrome finish.
It has a brilliant effect no matter how much excess you try to wipe off. Once you apply the top coat, it mineralizes and becomes shimmery/shiny. I don't want flicker, I want a pure metallic effect. Won't buy again as I have found other chrome powders that leave a clean metallic finish.
