The best thing about this software so far has been its ease of use as well as customization options which I believe are some what unique in comparison to other platforms out there for nonprofit/social media management. It's also very easy to set up your posts once you get started using it (especially if they have an online training class). There really isn't anything at present time we dislike or don’t like but more than likely our first few months will be filled learning how everything works together instead of just having something "out-of-the box". We've used several different types of programs over many years including WordPress CMS systems & proprietary applications such as Adobe Captivate etc., none of them came close until now when doing research into finding another application similar to ours!
