The support is terrible if you get the product working cross your fingers
Worked fine no alarm function. Googled the solutions and got feedback on how terrible the tech support was. I asked for support and they gave me a run with someone from another country. After 40+ emails, they're still raising the same questions. Basically tried everything and kept getting "video loss" both in the app and in the monitor. Everything was fine when it worked, but now even their support team doesn't know what to do and they've already replaced the dash cam themselves. Stay clean.
