Review on Catalyst Connect by Rick Rogers

I like that this tool has allowed me to use my favorite tools (Zoho) while keeping track of other tasks at hand. It's easy to navigate between products and allows users with different skill levels access to the same product without confusion. There isn't anything about this platform that makes me dislike using it. As long as there aren't any major bugs in the software then it should be fine. This is not something that I would recommend, but if you're looking for a way to keep up with multiple projects in a short amount of time then this program might work well for you! We've been able to create new project tickets quickly by just entering information into our current system instead of having to open another window/tab to begin working on them.
