Best Customer Service from anyone and everyone involved

The best part about catalyst connect was that they were very responsive when i had issues with my account! They always got back in touch within minutes of me submitting tickets which helped us get things sorted quickly without much hassle at times where sometimes ticketing support can be difficult because there's so many people waiting behind!! I don't like their email notifications as its not easy enough if someone replies immediately but other than this everything else works great :) Highly…

Easy-to follow structure - Not too confusing or complicated

I like that this tool has allowed me to use my favorite tools (Zoho) while keeping track of other tasks at hand. It's easy to navigate between products and allows users with different skill levels access to the same product without confusion. There isn't anything about this platform that makes me dislike using it. As long as there aren't any major bugs in the software then it should be fine.   • Keeps everyone connected through one application rather than individually creating accounts across many platforms we need daily usage from such services are Trello , Google Suite etc.etc

  • The lackluster customer support team who seem uninterested or unable top assist customers when issues arise
