Came open before and had greasy hand marks on the internal valve and clear tape was used to close it. I like to buy felpro because of the quality and the fact that I am receiving a brand new UNOPEN product. So Felpro is COOL but not this seller. Two seals are damaged, I just hope I can reuse the two old ones. We will see.
