I wanted to install two small front speakers on the TV to hide the cables and remove the speakers from the TV stand. Installation was easy, but I added a couple of spacers when installing the speakers to keep them set back and flush with the screen. Just a matter of personal preference and not required. I have small Polk speakers (maybe 3-5 pounds) but they are probably as heavy as you want to use this mount. The weight of the speakers causes the bar to flex slightly, but it's barely noticeable. It solved my problem for a very cheap price. If required, you can also combine this with a TV wall mount. I can do that in the future.
