Unsuccessful purchase, I am disappointed.

Bought in USA in January. In early April, all of a sudden, in the middle of the day, the left earpiece stopped working. The microphone on it is working, the light is on (in the off state) and goes out, you can hear me. If you plug in AUX, both ears work, micro does not work. Began to google the problem - a huge number of people on the Internet with the same. There are a lot of owners of the G933, and they found a way there - to disassemble and adjust the switch-on switch. For G935, this method does not help, because the toggle switch is arranged differently. I spent a lot of time looking for a solution and reading all the reviews. I was alarmed by the fact that Logitech almost never answers, and where it answers, they ask to contact them privately or ask them to do everything that people write that they have already done - hard reset, re-pair, etc. I wrote a long message to Logitech support with all the steps that I have already done - a squeeze from all the cases from the Internet that I found. I was answered a day later with instructions that exactly reflected everything I had already done. I answer - have you read my letter, I have already done all this, I need a replacement. He explained that I bought them in America, and now I am in 2022 and asked to send a replacement. I was told that I should contact the store where I bought them, but they do not have an international guarantee, and in my case they cannot help me in any way. I have been a Logitech client for a very long time, I had several mice, several headphones, a keyboard, two gamepads, in a word, for more than ten years I lived with the idea that high-quality computer peripherals == Logitech. Yes, I understand that marriage exists and I'm just unlucky, I'm very calm about this. I was amazed at the number of people on the Internet with the same problem who are not being helped - once or twice - as they talked to me in the support and refused to help, saying that this was not their problem. I don't want to be a customer of this company again.

Pros
  • - Convenience: neither ears nor head get tired even after 10 hours of use in a row. - Signal - you can walk throughout the apartment - the signal is not lost. 3 walls of aerated concrete - works, brick wall - works, concrete - works. - It is convenient to turn on / off the microphone by raising / lowering. - The quality of the microphone according to the reviews of those with whom I spoke is very good. In comparison with airpods and airpods pro, they say that in these sciences you can hear incomparably better, as if I were sitting next to you. - I'm not a fan of some super sound and bass - I can't comment on the sound quality with expert ears. Not once did I think during the use of these ears that something was wrong with the sound. In CS:GO, steps are clearly audible and it is very clear which side they are from.
