Easy to clean and maintain.

I'm particularly tired of the soot in the corners of all my sausages. I brush them obsessively and still. As I had hoped, this one has no extensions yet. I can heat it with rubbing alcohol, wipe with rubbing alcohol, use some fine sandpaper, or any combination, and it cleans up quickly and easily. It makes a whistling noise that's annoying, but I don't mind. The splash guard is not very effective.
