If you are using a Mac do not waste your time or money on this product. There is no Mac driver to install. After several attempts and about 6 days asking for help I was told to select a DYMO driver when setting up the printer through system preferences. That does not work. I asked a question if it was compatible with mac before I bought it, they said yes, now I see that the answer was edited to "yes by a specialist". Three days since I told them the dymo driver does not work for this model, they still have provided no response and no specialist to help.
