Review on Portable digital multimeter with sound continuity and thermocouple (electric tester) LTX DT-838 by Adam Borkoski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The purchase brought only positive emotions.

If there were probes a little bit better in general, a universal product . Very handy pocket multimeter (quite realistically lies in almost any pocket). Probes that would not buy (half the cost of this tester) You can say "upgrade" yourself. As soon as it breaks on the soldering of the wires from the contact probe with a lighter or hair dryer, we pull out its contact part, after which we solder the copper sting and fix it in the handle (with the same hair dryer or lighter, or hot glue). With a copper probe, an almost perfect device!

Pros
  • It should be noted that they have been working for more than 5 years each Price up to 350. quite tolerable for such a device. Holds 380 volts! 10A too!
Cons
  • Cheap Probes (they break quickly, inside the soldered wire spins and crumbles) may be different batches from different suppliers (offal may also be different). From 5pcs. There were only 1 purchased multimeters of this series with marriage (the speaker does not work with diode continuity). otherwise everything is fine (measurements do everything about the same - the errors are permissible)
