I like that it is easy to use for both employees and customers. It's very user friendly and can be used by anyone without any prior knowledge of computers or accounting software. The system has been updated several times over time which allows us to keep up with changes in technology as well as our business needs. There are some features we would love to see added but at this point cannot justify adding them since they probably won't make sense until after you've implemented the program fully. If your looking for an all inclusive solution then this is probably not what you want. You will need someone who understands how to implement such a complex piece of equipment like this one. This was needed because there were so many different invoices coming into the office from various departments and we wanted something that could track them easily.
