The customer service was amazing! They were so willing to go above and beyond what I could have asked of them. Their knowledge base is very extensive and they are always available when you need help with anything related to your account or project management system. It would be great if there was an easy way to keep track of all my invoices/timesheets etc that are saved into Project Manager but this isn't possible at present due to its proprietary nature. If it wasn't for this issue we wouldn't use PM anymore as our previous supplier had no idea about PM either which meant we didn't get any support from their end (we used to pay £80 per month just for PM). We've been able to solve many problems by talking through issues over email instead of calling up each time.
