Good: It's really big. I was able to easily set up my mother's Samsung TV and (forgotten brand) DVD player. Bad: The instructions are in small print so anyone who needs this remote can't see it. There was no device code for my mother. DVR/cable box (Comcast branded "Cisco"), so eventually I had to give it up. I found a bunch of possible codes online but none of them worked. This remote control cannot learn from another remote control. There was no online guide to get support. There are no programmable buttons for additional functions.
