I brought this lighter which is quite expensive compared to another cheaper brand I brought. This one just hasn't clicked instant once or twice since I first filled it with butane. After that everything was stable and so far I haven't had any problems. I wanted to wait a bit to actually use up the butane and refill it to see how it performs after turning it on and off so many times. I really like that I can regulate the volume of the flame it sets off. I made a short video to show the highest flame level. It's short because I didn't know what video size to upload. So I just went with short and sweet! So it cost me $13.84 (tax included) for a while while I got two flashlights for $17.99 but the flame doesn't work unless I press the switch twice when I have it over one day did not use. It doesn't have my problem for me. So ultimately I'm not worried about this one not starting the first time I light something up. Feelings from the torch are excellent. I like that the head of the flashlight doesn't get hot after 4-5 seconds after switching on and off. It didn't feel hot to me, at least, and it's nice not having to hold it in your hands after a while. Just used and in my pocket it goes without feeling heat from the top of the head area. I have the red and the color looks really great. I also ordered the red one so it's easy to find. The flashlight is lightweight but I would say it's a little big which is good because it's easy to hold. The bad thing is you notice it in your pocket. I always wear cargo pants and shorts so I don't really notice it, but anyone putting it in your slimy front pants or cropped pocket will feel it, especially if you bend over.
