At first the water didn't go into the bucket, it just splashed in all directions. However, when I turned the bucket over so the small end was down, everything worked great! The water took the exact shape of the inside of the bucket, and all the water flowed to the lowest point. When I finished filling, the water level was even. Then the water just stayed there until I threw it out. I tried this several times and it always worked. I only gave it four stars because this bucket relies on gravity to do its job and you need to provide gravity as its internal gravity isn't good enough for off-planet use and it doesn't have a lid. But for Earth use, it's fine as long as you keep the "top" up. Caution: This is a bucket, so be careful not to kick it. It has been proven that kicking a bucket is dangerous to health.
