This water filtration system was perfect for my intended use under the kitchen sink. As with all my plumbing, I had to go to the hardware store because the fitting that came with it required a torch for my water source and the adapter had a pipe fitting. Everything else was delivered. I was missing a small clip. I emailed Bluonics support and received the clip two days later. As others have noted, it would be nice to have more detailed instructions and better quality photos. I will buy another shut off valve. In general, I like this system. Use plenty of tape on metal fittings.
