    Installation Instructions Muddled

    If you don't know how to create installation instructions how can I trust the quality of your product! It doesn't say where to connect the pipes, where the water enters and where it goes, there's no indication of product parts etc. I don't know how to install it, I have to return it.

    I'm not sure. - Kitchen and bathroom lights

    Not sure. I bought a water tester to see if there is any difference with tap water. and the difference is very small. It seems just 10 points 154 against 145 (and that's in Mexico). But bottled water was much lower - 29, meaning cleaner. So the question is, what is she doing?

    Works perfectly! in filtration under the sink and countertop

    Works great. Do you have well water that we didn't use for drinking, used bottled water. From the moment of installation, the water is tested, drinkable and tastes good. No more mineral water! There were no problems with the installation, all parts were included, installed in about an hour. The only problem is that the filter wrench that came with it broke when installing the filters.

    Difficult to install: filter under sink and countertop

    Installation instructions were vague. Before installing, double check everything as you may need additional details. We have been using this filter since July 2019 and the UV lamp has already burned out and the electrical ballast now seems broken. The filters are fine, the water tastes and smells good, but I paid for a working UV lamp. I expected it to last over a year.

    Works well! for water filtration and softening

    Excellent product! Installed before a big Thanksgiving dinner and it worked great with my new faucet. It was easy to install, no winning instructions but they were good enough. I made a funny mistake and water got on the floor. Before testing, make sure everything is connected and installed (including the UV lamp). Also, I use it in the fountain system under the kitchen sink and it's been working fine for 3 weeks now.

    Good device, bad instructions

    Agree with others that the installation instructions are inadequate. A few parts were missing and a few extra parts with no explanation of their use. I made a mounting disc out of parts from a hardware store. Left a message with the supplier over the phone but never got a reply. After the cover tightness was established, the UV block stopped flowing. After everything is done, the device seems to be working fine and producing delicious water.     This water filtration system was perfect for my intended use under the kitchen sink. As with all my plumbing, I had to go to the hardware store because the fitting that came with it required a torch for my water source and the adapter had a pipe fitting. Everything else was delivered. I was missing a small clip. I emailed Bluonics support and received the clip two days later. As others have noted, it would be nice to have more detailed instructions and better quality photos. I will buy another…
