Good device, bad instructions
Agree with others that the installation instructions are inadequate. A few parts were missing and a few extra parts with no explanation of their use. I made a mounting disc out of parts from a hardware store. Left a message with the supplier over the phone but never got a reply. After the cover tightness was established, the UV block stopped flowing. After everything is done, the device seems to be working fine and producing delicious water. The device seems well designed - if they had better instructions I would rate it higher.
