My rating is not based on performance. Judging by the reviews of other buyers, the filter works well. However, the instructions are totally inadequate, you have to stop in the middle of trying to install the device and go to the hardware store to buy what is needed but is not included and you will have a heck of a lot of time to try Dealing with a leak due to an inaccurate accessory. Today the third installation attempt is made. We had to buy a new kitchen faucet because the unit doesn't mount well with a faucet with a manual nozzle. I'll update after install - So I think we've finally stopped all the leaks! About customer service. PERFECT! Our unit arrived with a broken lightbulb. They were very nice and sent a new bulb very quickly. The device works great now and I think we will be very satisfied in the long run. Conclusion: be patient during the installation process. Customer service is incredible. A good product.
