Frustrating for Mac users

For Windows users this might be the best option. If you're just trying to replace your internal network card, this might also be a good option. At work I'm sometimes limited to one connection (or even on the go) and need the ability to use my Mac as a hotspot. First, the setup docs for Mac could be a bit better. I found that I had to restart several times. Then, when I didn't want to use Panda, I had trouble binding my iPad to my Mac Book (got an error message that Panda driver doesn't allow sharing). Then there is no clear way to remove it. The installation CD is a mini CD. Does anyone have a CD or DVD drive? I had to look for a util install. I will say that their support was quick when I had a few questions, but I'm an engineer and that was difficult to deal with. Your Wi-Fi utility isn't intuitive on a Mac. Once I got it working, I always had to restart it if I disabled it or unplugged it and used normal wifi and then plugged it back in. I give him 3 stars. I would give less but their support was decent and I probably don't use them like other users would.

Pros
  • Works with any g/n 2.4GHz wireless router
Cons
  • Slightly torn
