I wasn't always happy with Garmin products, so I was willing to get a refund once things got complicated. Yes I am calling tech support to help set it up and have watched a few videos on what this will do. I've owned it for two weeks now and the battery life hasn't been an issue. I followed this list of steps and had no trouble navigating the inputs and screens. Outdoor running, indoor lap swimming, outdoor cycling, outdoor hiking, outdoor walking, and indoor cardio. I bought this for outdoor swimming but it's winter now and I'll wait for warmer weather.
