The system helps me understand when my crew needs to work or rest, which is very important because it improves productivity of workers at sea. It also allows you monitor their performance in different activities (such as cooking onboard) so that I can be sure they are working properly without having any risk from them getting sick while aboard ship. For now there's nothing much i dislike about this software but if one day something goes wrong with its services then we shall have problems monitoring our people. In times like these, monitoring all employees' activity becomes crucial since they need not worry too much about being absent during business hours.
