The air conditioner falsely claimed 'no water' when the snowflake was pressed. I've already added ice cubes and water almost to the fill line, but it still had a red line across the red crack indicating no water in the product. The humidifier of this multifunctional product initially worked perfectly after purchase. But now the humidifier doesn't work anymore. However, everything else works fine; The product even turns on/off correctly. Two thumbs down. How deceptive. 👎👎
