These gloves are comfortable and easy to fold. My last pair was SP-1 (if I remember correctly) and I hated those gloves. The seams on the fingertips will pinch your fingertips, making this a nuisance after many hours of driving. Also, after only a few years these gloves started tearing at the seams and the velcro around the wrists stopped doing anything after about 4-5 years. Fast forward to these SP-8 V2 gloves and they immediately appear to be of better quality. There are no seams on the fingertips, the quality is noticeably higher, the fit is comfortable. Time will tell how well these gloves hold up, but so far so good.
