Exactly what I was looking for in outdoor gloves.

These gloves are comfortable and easy to fold. My last pair was SP-1 (if I remember correctly) and I hated those gloves. The seams on the fingertips will pinch your fingertips, making this a nuisance after many hours of driving. Also, after only a few years these gloves started tearing at the seams and the velcro around the wrists stopped doing anything after about 4-5 years. Fast forward to these SP-8 V2 gloves and they immediately appear to be of better quality. There are no seams on the…

Could be fake - Motorcycle & Powersports

I had these RevZilla L gloves a few years ago but had to sell them because they were squeezing my hands so hard my hands were numb, so i bought the XL and although they feel better on my hands i can say the quality is not the same. The skin seems to be a bit thinner and overall it's not at all the same as what I had before. From the outside they look the same, but as soon as I put my hands inside I feel like I'm wearing much cheaper gloves. I hope I never have to test them. As for the price…

ZERO PALM PROTECTION

👎👎 Happy to receive my new pair of quality Alpinestar gloves. At least that's what I thought. They, they felt good. kinda cheap but then I was staring at WHAT? FOAM SEAL!?! No hard slider, no leather patch. nope FOAM only. Not good. Put them back in the box and don't look back. Seriously, if you slide your palm down at say 80mph, the glove has no choice but to disintegrate. And you'll slide a lot further than 30-50 feet if you're going out at 80 mph. Can help if you crash at 20-30mph. More…

Crashed on 80+ no scratches on hands

I have to say they were a bit stiff when I first got them but gosh I'm glad I did. After a couple of weeks of driving, they parted very comfortably. Yesterday I crashed at about 80mph while dodging several cars that had just crashed into each other from behind. I was thrown across the freeway and I estimated I slid about 30 to 50 feet. I was very fortunate that I didn't get injured except for a rash on my left arm and both knees. These gloves MOST of the time saved my butt, they absorbed 100…

LEGIT motorcycle gloves

I have 2 pairs of gloves with Alpinestars S8 gloves. My guess is that most Alpinestars gloves are touchscreen compatible. Even if you have a protective glass unlike other brands. The fit is good and the quality is what you would expect from a well known brand. But how do you really know the quality of an item if you've never tested it? Can you say with certainty that it will hold up and get the job done when it needs to? As for me, I learned this the hard way but it reinforced my mate's words…
