I want to talk about the return policy that was been put in place by this company. From my opinion and considering what other shopping outlets offers when it comes to return and exchange policy, either from physical shopping store or from online platforms. I will say the service is very poor.

Although the company stated 30days timeframe within which return and/or exchange can be made, there are negative clauses that embedded in the policy which if not well read or understood, customers will be left with nothing.

For example, Number 5. of its guideline under the return and exchange policy segment, I observed the company clearly stated that, it do not offer refunds for any item that is been returned. At first a tax invoice must be presented before an item can be accepted for return and after that, the can either choose store credit or go for exchange which the user might even need to add more money to get another product.

The customer service of the platform too is nothing to write about, the company only provides an email address to register complaint which in my opinion is not effective enough for modern businesses communication with customers.
