I want to talk about the return policy that was been put in place by this company. From my opinion and considering what other shopping outlets offers when it comes to return and exchange policy, either from physical shopping store or from online platforms. The sporting goods company that is well experienced in what it offers, my reason for saying that is because Formatt is a company that was founded by two individuals who are surfers themselves. Kyal Demmrich and Formatt co-founder targeted the products and services it renders at as well.
