Worked well for what I needed
My door stop pin socket was made on the driver's side. Made a lot of noise and got on my nerves. I just replaced this pen. In 10 seconds I sawed off the tip of the pin, punched it out with a punch, inserted it with pliers and installed a new pin with a hammer. high. I hope that was intentional, but it looks like the pin could slide down far enough that the pin's serrations wouldn't engage. What if it really happens? no idea. The time will show.
