1. This product isn't advertised for indoor use only - you've got my $23 and I've got a useless reel of cord. In fact, the display shows the wheel *on the grass*.2. The block with four outputs *NOT* stops when the idler wheel turns. This means it is nothing more than an extension cord adapter; possibly worse as you can't connect the power to the coil, connect the device and then plug/unplug the cable.3. It doesn't feel cheap, as others have complained, and the swivel mechanism is smooth and quiet. String around and hang on your garage wall. Or you can spend extra money and buy a product that you expected and really need.
