I needed a higher protein option as I have trouble getting as much as I need and love to have before and after a workout and even after a long day eat at work of the day to have a good supply in the evening before bed as long as you use the shaker ball with your shaker it mixes well just takes a little longer than most but is worth it due to the better quality and Quantity that gets mixed into this. are digested best and I actually feel quite high in carbs, which is good for getting through longer shifts without worrying about finding a second to eat. I will definitely buy more
