I definitely do not advise buying, the product disappointed.

A hugely overrated model. I'm puzzled as to why it has received so many positive reviews. In point of fact, the asking price for him is something in the neighborhood of 5,000 dollars.

Pros
  • Convenient.
Cons
  • The assembly and material quality are both of the lowest possible standard. 1) Initially, the gas elevator did not function properly right after it was put together. I gave the store a call, and they brought a replacement. OK. There have been no negative comments received regarding the store. 2) The skin on the back is stretched in an extremely twisted manner. Please find attached photo. 3) Everything groans and cracks, even the things that shouldn't be able to groan or crack at all. I gave the handles a second round of stretching. They become brittle and start to creak as they do so. Put them up on a thread locker at the very least. The mechanism that allows you to recline is making noises like it's on its final leg. Even just lying down gives me the impression that something could give way at any moment. Everything appeared to be in some way sloppy, despite the fact that nothing appeared to have been re-stretched at any point. To make a long and complicated story short, I have no idea what to do with it. Ten years ago, I spent four thousand dollars at Ikea to purchase the chair that it replaced. and NOTHING groans or loosens or comes off. This one for 20,000 and a month of use - all ushatana - and even 5,000 is a shame for him to have to pay for it. honestly. The purchase did not live up to any expectations at all. I will not be purchasing this chair again, nor would I ever suggest that anybody else do so.
