Agree, they're hard to bend

They make great table scrapers, but I agree with other reviewers that they don't bend easily, so don't count them as bowl scrapers. They are quite thick and have a beveled edge. I can bend them with two hands, but my hands aren't strong enough to bend one hand to scratch the bend in the mixing bowl. I'm sure they'll still be useful to me so I'll keep them, but they weren't quite what I was hoping for.
