Issue #1: Shelf received without mounting screws. So I have to go to the hardware store to find out. Problem #2: If you have wall outlets above countertops that the shelf sits on, just note that the top outlet is unusable (the shelf hits squarely in the middle of the top outlet, which is at standard height) unless , you move the shelf . on your counter with more counter space. I wouldn't have thought of that before buying, but hopefully I can save someone the headache of opening this themselves. The height stated on this product is not the height of the shelf but the height of the side legs.
