Adhesive strips on vinyl cannot be removed. hole in the vinyl.

The vinyl was covered in gray mud streaks because the car it drove through was dirty. Also had a hole in the vinyl making it unusable. I was planning to use this for products for my clients and was disappointed to find the vinyl is very dirty and I will not clean it for endless yards (I bought the largest size). I have complained to the company but have not yet received an answer as to how they intend to resolve this issue.
