Review on Inkbird Wireless Thermometer Backlight Roasting by Allison Sanchez

Bought a thermometer for a smoker in December. Since then I've used it about a dozen times. One of the sensors is giving wrong readings so I contacted the seller for a warranty. 1 year warranty. They asked for video proof that the sensor was defective, which I provided. They then also want an address and phone number to send a replacement. They don't have probes in the US and have to ship them in from overseas. I gave them my address and said I wouldn't give my phone number. They insist it is necessary. I have ordered many items outside of the US and have never had to provide my number. The sensors are not well made and I suspected that I would have to replace them during the warranty period. If I had known the hassle, I would not have bought it. I will buy another brand with a different warranty procedure and throw this one away.
