Meant to be a replacement for HD P/N 91140-04 which is the factory P/N for the rear bracket on my Ultra '07. Said it would fit. It's not like this. Hit it with a hammer and redrill the holes for the bracket to make it work. Also, it's a little heavier than stock, shipping was fast.

- Can be used when removing the rear bumper and rail on FLT and FLHT models.
